Go Fish is a free browser take on the classic parlour card game, playable solo against 1 to 3 computer opponents dealt straight off the same 52-card deck.
Select a card from your hand to call its rank, then point at the opponent you want to ask — hand-drawn portraits, a fanned card table, and flying-card catch animations make every “Go Fish!” and every four-of-a-kind Book land with a satisfying payoff.
Each computer opponent runs its own difficulty: Easy bots ask at random, Medium bots play the odds, and Hard bots remember every card that's changed hands to hunt you down with real card-counting instincts. Bank the most Books before the pond empties to win, and climb the global Wins leaderboard.
Tips & Strategy
-
▸
Ask for ranks you already hold multiples of — a hit hands over every remaining card of that rank at once, so asking about a pair is more efficient than asking about a lone card.
-
▸
Against Hard bots, avoid asking for the same rank twice once you've drawn instead of received it; card-counting bots remember what's changed hands and will adjust.
-
▸
If you draw the exact rank you asked for, your turn continues — chain the lucky draw into another ask immediately rather than stopping to reassess.
-
▸
Bank a Book the instant you collect all 4 of a rank rather than holding cards "in case" — delaying only gives opponents more information about what you're hunting for.
