Terms of Service

Welcome to Minnich.Awesome. By accessing or using this site — including the games, desktop software, web tools, and accounts — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it's used.

Who Can Use This Site

Minnich.Awesome is not directed at children under the age of 13, and accounts should only be created by users aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the leaderboard or friends systems, or attempt to compromise the security or fairness of the site.

Acceptable Use

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools (bots, scripts, macros) to falsify high scores, leaderboard rankings, or game achievements.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, our servers, or any non-public areas of the site.
• Upload, submit, or transmit anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, including through excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse-engineering paid or protected functionality.
• Use display names, profile content, or friend/chat features to impersonate others or distribute spam.
• Use the trading system to scam other users, or attempt to buy, sell, or trade coins, gems, golden keys, crate items, or other in-game currency or cosmetics for real-world money or goods outside the site.

Virtual Currency, Items & Trading

Coins, gems, golden keys, crate items, and other in-game currency or cosmetics ("Virtual Items") are earned through gameplay and have no real-world monetary value. Virtual Items cannot be purchased with real money, redeemed for cash, or transferred outside the site. Crate openings and trade-up crafting outcomes are randomly determined and provided for entertainment purposes only.

Logged-in users may trade Virtual Items with connected friends. Trades are final once accepted, though we may reverse trades or adjust balances to correct bugs, exploits, or fraudulent activity. We may reset, rebalance, or discontinue any Virtual Item, currency, or the crate/trading systems at any time without notice or compensation.

User Content & Submissions

Some features let you submit content, such as a display name, profile icon selection, bug reports, or feature requests. You retain any rights you have in what you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the site (for example, showing your display name on a leaderboard).

Public data such as high scores, aggregate game ratings, and site visit counts may be displayed to all visitors. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

Games, Software & Intellectual Property

The games, desktop software, web tools, site design, and other original content on Minnich.Awesome are owned by the site operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're welcome to use them for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or claim as your own any game, tool, downloadable software, or other content from this site without prior written permission.

Desktop applications offered for download are provided "as is" for your personal use. You are responsible for verifying that any downloaded software is appropriate for your system before installing it, and for keeping your own backups of any data it manages.
