📖 About Perfect Color
Game Guide

Perfect Color is an arcade precision color mixing game set to a dynamic synthesized soundtrack. Recreate target swatches with surgical accuracy by blending red, green, and blue spectrum channels with real-time gradient rails and precision stepper controls.

Choose from three distinct game modes: Memory Challenge (memorize the color before it vanishes), Precision Match (side-by-side visual discrimination), and Speed Rush (a fast-paced 60-second color matching sprint). Detailed accuracy scoring, RGB channel deltas, and high-score leaderboards turn color theory into an addictive arcade challenge.

Tips & Strategy

  • ▸ Correct the channel that's most obviously off before fine-tuning the other two — fixing the biggest gap first gets you close faster than adjusting all three evenly.
  • ▸ In Memory Challenge mode, note which channel looked strongest in the swatch before it disappears — recalling a rough ratio between channels is easier than an exact hex value.
  • ▸ Use the stepper buttons instead of the sliders for the last few points of precision; sliders are faster for big changes but harder to fine-tune by a single value.
  • ▸ In Speed Rush, a fast near-match beats a slow perfect one — the 60-second window rewards "close enough, move on" over chasing perfect accuracy.
