PDF Editor

Merge, annotate, and edit PDFs with no uploads and no server involved.

📖 About PDF Editor
Tool Guide

This free browser PDF Editor covers the PDF tasks people run into most often — merging multiple PDFs into one, extracting or splitting out specific pages, adding a watermark, and stamping page numbers — plus a set of annotation tools for marking up a document directly: freehand drawing, text boxes, rectangles, highlights, and placing images onto a page.

Every one of those operations happens locally in your browser rather than on a remote server, which matters a lot for PDFs — contracts, IDs, financial statements, and other documents people specifically don't want passing through a third-party upload. The toolbar-driven interface keeps each function (select/move, text, draw, rectangle, highlight, image) one click away, so switching between reviewing a document and marking it up doesn't require jumping between separate tools.

How to Use PDF Editor

  1. Drop a PDF onto the upload area or click to browse; it's processed entirely in your browser.
  2. Use the top toolbar for page operations — New PDF, Merge PDF, Blank Page, Duplicate, Extract, Split Here — and click thumbnails in the sidebar to select pages.
  3. Open the Watermark or Page Nos. modal to add a text watermark or automatic page numbers (position, size, color, opacity), then Apply or Remove.
  4. Switch to an annotation tool (Text, Draw, Rect, Highlight, Image) in the second toolbar, set its color/size options, and click or drag on the page to place it.
  5. Zoom with the +/− buttons, use Undo to reverse changes, then click Download to save the finished PDF.
